It can display cycle times and counts along with any other measurable, to the User Interface. All data can easily be saved to a networked database for later interrogation and/or global viewing. This System can not only monitor and control critical situations, but can notify you or your designee via E-mail, audible alarm, or visual alarm, to an event. It will reduce down time with precise and descriptive fault messages to the User's Screen, and reduce your "PPM", (Bad Parts Out the Door), by verifying each and every machine motion.
